扞皮开腠理 进针的方法。扞，音旱。《礼·学记》注：“扞，坚不可入之貌。”此指皮肤言。《灵枢·邪客》：“扞皮开腠理奈何？岐伯曰：因其分肉，左别其肤，微内而徐端之，适神不散，邪气得去。”意即医者顺着筋肉的缝隙，以左手撑开皮肤，右手轻缓地进针，使病人减免惊恐感，而又能达到治病的目的。
