本文设计了一个应用于水分测量仪中的电子天平,选用电阻应变式称重传感器,采用电压比例测量方法,结合高精度模数转换器ADS1240E,将称重信号转化为数字量后送给单片机进行处理;为提高所设计的电子天平的温度特性,选用DALLAS半导体公司生产的数字温度传感器DS18B20采样天平环境温度,建立电子天平的温度校正曲线;通过拉格朗日分段线性插值算法,对所设计电子天平进行了标定,最后通过按键、蜂鸣器以及液晶显示器等实现人机交互功能。
