又名醉翁岩，位于朝阳谷后山顶。根据《方舆胜览》上王十朋诗“醉翁岩”分析。该景点约开发于宋或宋以前。景观为两块对望之人形腰岩，间有一块平展如棋盘的大岩，极似两位老仙人相望对奕，形态逼真。不远处，有一峰朝天挺立，叫朝天峰。顶部硕大，长着丛丛茅草，像伸长脖子的猫头，又称“仰天猫”。
