Based on the predictability of self-similar traffic,this paper introduces a statistical methodology to predict the traffic,then,combines the measured traffic and the predicted traffic to form a new metric named loadability degree,which can be used to evaluate the node′s ability to handle traffic and can adjust itself to the change of traffic.
本文利用自相似性流量的可预测性,使用统计学方法进行流量预测;同时,提出节点可负载度的概念,用于描述节点接受负载的能力,并把流量预测的信息加入到该度量中,使得可负载度能表示节点当前及下一时间段的负载状况;该度量还具有负载的自适应性,能根据节点负载状况,调节流量预测所起的作用,为路由协议提供有效的支持;综合流量预测与节点可负载度,本文在DSR协议基础上提出LBDSR协议,该协议使用节点的可负载度均值来判断路由的优劣,由此实现网络吞吐量的提高和负载均衡。

可控性与非可控性投人可控性投入指学校和教育行政部门可以控制的教育资源投入。学校可以对教学负担、班级规模、课程教学单元的数量、每个教师承担的学科教学任务的平均量等可控性投入进行调节和平衡，以改进教学质量。教育行政部门可以对教师的专业准备程度、教学经验、培训要求、教师工资、设备供应、生活费用、图书馆藏书等投入进行选择，以调节教育的供给与需求。而非可控性投入指学校和教育行政部门不能控制的教育资源投入。如学生的种族、性别、年龄及家长的社会经济背景等无法控制的因素对教育有着不同程度的影响。教育部门不能控制学生家长的教育水平和收入状况，但应当推动教育机会平等的社会经济环境的实现。
