性质:在中温下固化成型的树脂基复合材料。中温是指80~120℃或不超过130℃。常用的树脂有不饱和聚酯和环氧树脂,前者的固化是在中温下可分解的引发剂如过氧化苯四酰叔丁酯作用下进行的,后者主要为双酚A型环氧树脂,相应的固化剂有咪唑及其衍生物,DMP-30以及由它们所促进的双氧胺。芳香胺如DDM、DDS,在某些促进剂(如三氟化物络合物)作用下,可使固化温度下降20~40℃,亦可成为中温固化剂。上述固化剂的挥发性和毒性均较小。这种复合材料具有良好的力学性能和化学稳定性,可在中温或较高温度下使用,各种性能优于室温固化树脂基复合材料而工艺又较高温固化简单。适用于制造具有较高使用温度的结构制件,广泛应用于航空、航天、机械、船舶、化工等部门。
