【.进租金制】对超过规定标准以上住房部分累进加租的计租方法。这是城市住房租金改革初期，有的人提出的一种改革方案，即在还不能彻底打破旧的住房制度的情况下，先根据职务级别和工龄年限等因素规定出基本的人均居住面积标准基数，在标准基数以内的居住面积仍按原租金标准收租，对超标准部分居住面积则累进增加收租。超标准面积越多，租金标准越高，收租越多。
