性质:是一种有代表性的湿式分级器,主要由具有倾斜底面的沉降槽和可沿底面移动的耙齿组成。沉降在倾斜底面上的粗粒子被耙齿输送到槽的高端排出。未沉降的细粒子和水经槽的低端溢流出。耙齿通常为两组或四组,沿轨道作循环运动,每分钟10~30次。如增大循环速度和槽底的倾斜度,将得到较大的粗粒子;反之,则较细的粒子也会移到粗粒子侧。分离的临界直径是70~600μm,日处理能力由数百吨到3000t固体。耙式分级槽可单独使用,也可与其他分级装置组合成复式分级槽。
