做法:
1:黄鳝宰杀去内脏洗净,切成鳝筒。
2:锅中放油放入蒜籽煸至上色,放入葱段姜片煸香,倒入鳝筒略煸,喷入黄酒、酱油、鲜汤、糖、胡椒粉,烧开撇去浮沫,转小火煨烧至熟,转大火收汁至稠加味精翻匀,淋上麻油即成。
