肺纹理
由肺动脉和肺静脉组成,支气管壁、淋巴和少量间质组织也参与肺纹理形成。正常情况下肺纹理自肺门向外围肺野逐渐减少变淡,管径依次缩小,分布渐次稀疏,至肺外带不易辨清。肺纹理多少、粗细与个体差异、呼吸状态有关。异常肺纹理阴影结构紊乱、粗细不均、边缘模糊、密度增高。
