The dehydration of Shengli crude is studied by orthogonal experiment The optimized process conditions are finalized, such as 80ppm of oil soluble emulsion breaker BP4019, 80℃ dehydration temperature, 800V/cm electric field intensity and 55 minutes'retention time.
通过正交试验,对胜利原油脱水进行了研究,明确了最佳工艺条件,最终确定了使用该破乳剂的最佳工艺条件为:油溶性破乳剂BP4019加入量80μg/g,脱水温度80℃,电场800 V/cm,停留时间55分钟。
