Based on theoretical analysis of aerodynamic characteristics in the discharge siphon flow passage, transient electric and dynamic characteristics of pump setting, the mathematical calculation model of transient parameters during starting period is put forward considering unsteady flow, pump performance curve and similitude laws in low-head siphon pumping installation.
