4 系统改造方案
 

  改造系统必要要解决以下问题:

  1、首要任务是弄清原系统的工作原理。
  
  2、TD3000变频器和原系统接口问题,要保证改造后的变频器和原系统无缝对接。
  
  3、要考虑变频器对原单板机系统可能存在的EMI问题,(原系统是以是单板机为控制核心,变频器作为一个重要执行单元。)
  
    图1就是原RC传动应用原理图,电机4.0KW,内带光电编码器和电机过热保护热敏电阻,变频器采用闭环矢量控制。这种配置方法在国外常见,而国内非常少,配置价格也较为昂贵,国内配套也相对较难。而且系统要求较快的动态跟随性能和高稳速精度。由于TD3000变频器开环矢量无论从动态性能还是稳态精度上都高于原变频器,因此我们决定先使用开环矢量控制检验TD3000的性能,看是否能能满足系统要求,对于电机保护热敏电阻,由于TD3000变频器内部自带电机过载保护,且RC主电机的工作负荷也较轻,因此这路控制可以完全舍弃。使用TD3000的应用原理图见图2:
