发生在直肠黏膜的孤立性溃疡，为一种新近确认的独立疾病。病因不明。典型表现是左髂凹或直肠有隐痛，排便时加剧，大便带少量黏液和血。直肠、乙状结肠镜检常于距肛门7～10cm处Houston瓣上见到溃疡。溃疡多表浅，呈圆形或不规则形，与正常黏膜间有一充血带，分界清楚。病情发展慢，比较顽固，如内科疗效差，多需手术切除。
