《管子》论水流
guanzi Iun shuillu《管子》论水流《管子》一书中的某些对水的性质、分布及其运动规律的较系统地叙述。书中认为，水是自然界万物生长发育的一种基本物质，“集于天地而藏于万物”。对水的物理和化学性质作了直观的描述，并介绍了水(包括地面水和地下水)和农业以至社会生活的密切关系。它特别强调地指出，水可以为利也可以为害，认为兴修水利，消除水害，是关系国计民生的大事，应该作为治理国家的大政方针。 《管子》对地表径流及其规律有更多的叙述，它将地表水按其大小和相互间的关系分为径水(干流)、枝水(分支)、谷水、川水(支流及较小河流)、渊水等五类，并认为这些地表水源可以为人们导引和利用。《管子·度地》还列举了地表径流的若干现象，指出渠道输水由高处向低处，如坡降过陡，则冲刷严重:过缓也不能LE常输送，应设计适当的坡度，才能达到正常输水的目的。并提出了据认为是一般渠道坡降的简单估算办法。有人还认为《管子·度地》中有一段文字描述的是渠道和渠系建筑物的水流形态。例如，水流过涵管的形态和进口端必须高于出口端的规律;平面弯道水流急转弯时可能出现的破坏现象;渠道陡坡后面的水跃和环流，以及由此引起的冲刷和可能造成的事故等等。《管子》对水流若干现象和规律的描述，代表了中国早期水力学的水平。(周魁一)
