Applying Lyapunov function method and the property of the matrix measure and the matrix norm, some new sufficient conditions for asymptotic stable independent of delay of the linear systems with multiple time delay are presented.
综合利用Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ 函数方法，结合矩阵测度和矩阵范数的性质， 通过加强不等式， 给出线性多时滞系统时滞无关渐近稳定的新的充分条件。

The conditions for delay dependent asymptotic stability are given for the single time delay system by applying Lyapunov approach and structuring a parameter dependent Lyapunov function and using the property of matrix characteristic value and matrix norm, and the results obtained for the single time delay system are extended to the uncertain multiple time delay system.
针对单时滞不确定系统 ,利用Lyapunov方法 ,通过构造一个参数相关的Lyapunov函数 ,并借助短阵不等式和矩阵特征值及矩阵范数的性质 ,给出了单时滞不确定系统时滞相关渐近稳定的判别条件 ,并将所得结果推广到多时滞不确定系统 ,得到了多时滞不确定系统时滞相关渐近稳定的判别条件 。
