For complex production process as coke oven process,in order to realize the integration of control,maintenance and management of a production process automation system,a MAS-based model for intelligent control,maintenance and management integrated system(ICMMIS) is presented.
针对焦炉这类复杂的生产过程,为了实现生产过程自动化系统中控制、维护和管理3方面的集成,将分布式人工智能中的多Agent系统技术引入智能控制-维护-管理一体化系统(ICMMIS)的建模中,提出一种基于Agent理论和技术的集成智能控制、维护与管理系统(ICMMIS)框架,建立一种适用于底层生产过程自动化系统的ICMMIS的多Agent模型,研究了焦炉生产ICMMIS的各控制管理子系统的组成和功能,分析了各个Agent的功能以及它们之间的协作关系,通过Agent以及Agent之间的协调优化实现生产的智能控制、维护与管理。
