本文分析了现有的企业数据库、图纸、报表分离的常规信息管理方式,针对油田地面集输工程生产中迫切需要管理的众多地理分散、空间位置复杂的地面及地下设施,提出使用地理信息系统(GIS)作为表现手段和方法,利用GIS在图形显示和空间数据分析上的优势,建立基于GIS的、以各种设施为表现实体对象、完全可视化的管理模式,将前台显示的各种具有空间位置信息的图元设施与相关的后台数据库绑定,同时整合油田原有的各种信息管理系统,使用GIS串接油田集输生产中涉及到的各个信息平台,实现信息的共享; 将GIS平台作为生产数据显示、分析、统计的表现层,实现真正的图、表、文、管一体化。
