连续式凝冻机是连续生产冰淇淋的设备，制冷机组选用可靠的半封闭式压缩机。其工作原理：冰淇淋浆料通过装有进气调节阀的混合泵和空气一同泵入凝冻筒内，由其中的搅刮器进行混合，同时凝冻筒夹套内的R22制冷剂对浆料进行冷冻，冻结在凝冻筒内壁上的冰淇淋被搅刮器上的不锈钢刀片不停地刮削。浆料被连续的冻结、刮削、混入空气搅拌，最终由泵压经过可调恒压阀而成为有膨胀率、组织细腻的冰淇淋产品。
