原料：鸡肉100克，甜玉米罐头半罐，荸荠4个，姜末适量。 辅料：水淀粉1大勺，盐，味精各适量。
制作方法：
准备：1. 鸡肉切成小丁。
2. 荸荠去皮，洗净，切成比玉米粒稍大的丁。
快炒：1.油烧热，放入姜末和鸡丁，炒散。
2.放入荸荠和玉米、盐、味精炒匀，用水淀粉（调得稀一点）勾芡，芡熟即好。
tips：
1.如果买的玉米罐头是带汤的，也可以用玉米汤烩一下所有材料，勾芡时就不用那么稀。
2.荸荠最好用鲜的，又甜又脆。
