水磨


  古代水磨的布置方法,王祯《农书》有较详细的记载,其水力部分可分卧轮式和立轮式二种。一个立轮带二磨的装置称为立轮连二磨。还有用二船并联,中间安置立轮,两船各置一磨,使用时将船停泊在水流急的地方,可以根据水流情况迁移位置的叫“活法磨”。唐代又叫“浮皑”。还有一立轮带动三齿轮,每一齿轮带一大磨,大磨两傍再安置二小磨,各由齿轮转动,一立轮共可带转几磨的,叫“水转连磨”。 唐代水皑、水磨极普遍,关中郑白渠上在唐中期有王公贵族的碾皑100多所,大历十三年(778年)因为妨碍灌概一次毁掉八十几所。天宝中(742一756年)宦官高力士在长安西北沫河上筑堰,立了5轮水皑,每天“破麦三百解,。每一轮每天磨麦60解,约合今36石。宋初,开封附近有不少大规模水磨,北宋后期在今河南、山东、安徽等地修建大量水磨,用来磨茶。绍圣四年(1097年)在“长葛等处,京索、溪水河增修磨二百六十余所”。元代南方各省也有茶磨。王祯又创制了水碧、水轮三事等。(黎沛虹)ShuimO水磨用水力推动的磨,古又名水皑。还有装置相似的水碧、水碾。磨,用以磨麦为面或磨茶叶为末等;稍粗的磨,用来破谷壳的叫碧;上有碾盘置碾广碾细米的叫碾。同一装置上,磨可以换成曹、碾的叫水轮三事。水磨、水碾在魏晋南北朝时期已见记载。南齐祖冲之曾造水难、水磨(公元5世纪末);北魏崔亮曾于6世纪初在洛阳附近“谷水造水碾磨数十区,其利十倍,’(见图)。水磨
