					In this study,partial sequence of Dopamine Receptor D1 genes were firstly extracted from feet in American mink,and were amplified using Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) method,then sequenced.
						
						本试验采用聚合酶链式反应法,首次从美洲黑貂脚部肌肉组织扩增出多巴胺受体D1基因的部分序列片段,并测序,现已将该序列提交到GenBank上,得到序列号为EU249297。
