用料
西瓜皮30克，冬瓜皮30克，天花粉15克，大米60克，白糖30克。
制法
①将西瓜皮、冬瓜皮洗净，切碎，用干净纱布包好，备用。大米淘洗干净，备用。
②锅内加水适量，放入瓜皮袋、大米煮粥，熟后拣出瓜皮袋，调入天花粉、白糖，搅匀即成。
用法
每日2-3次，连服3-5天。
功效
冬瓜皮、西瓜皮均有清热解毒、利尿消肿等功效。天花粉为葫芦科多年生草质藤本植物栝萎和双边栝蒌的块根。味甘，微苦，性微寒。功效为清热化痰、养胃生津、解毒消肿。主治痰热咳嗽津伤口
