山黧豆(athyrus)

豆科山黧豆属植物,学名Lathyrus L.,英名又称etchling。本属约有200多种,原产欧洲和北美。中国栽培的主要是普通山黧豆(Lathyrus sativus L,),又名马牙豆、牙齿豆。分布在西北地区,为肥饲兼用作物。

一年生草本,根有根瘤,茎半匍匐状,柔嫩,具四棱,叶为一对羽状复叶,顶端具卷须,小叶披针形,花梗腋生,花大、单生,花冠白色或蓝紫色,荚果微扁,含种子2-5粒,白色或灰白,楔形,千粒重110-230g。

种子发芽适温为16-20℃,耐旱耐瘠性强,在年雨量350-400mm的黄土高原,产量稳定。对土壤要求不严,在排水良好的沙壤至粘土上均能生长,但耐湿性差。在中国西北地区栽培,留种地3月中旬至4月中旬播种,每公顷播75-90kg,条播行距20cm左右。每公顷可收鲜草10-23t,其茎叶含水分70%左右,可青饲、放牧、青贮或调制干草,各种家畜均喜食,种子蛋白质含量高。
