和器喷洒装悦镇压器开沟器旋耕部件圆盘许沟犁 图l耕种联合作业机行镇压，喷洒装置将除芬剂喷于地表，以预防杂草生长。从而一次完成了开沟、旋耕、播种、施肥、镇压和喷洒等多项作业。 平畦筑埂播种施肥联合作业机结构如图2。在谷物施肥播种机的基础上，增设平畦筑埂工作部件.以满足水浇地地区在已耕整好的种床上进行平畦筑埂、施肥、播种、覆土、镇压的联合作业要求。┌──────────┐│『黔 │└┬─────────┤ │奋‘万‘匕‘‘公曰│ └─────────┘ 图2平畦筑埂播种施肥联合作业机示意图 平畦筑埂器有两种形式:人字形和倒八字形。人字形平畦筑埂器，安装于机架主梁和开沟器梁上，其左、右刮土板在前端合在一起。工作时，开沟器前方种床的表层干土与土块被刮土板推移至两侧，形成平整的畦面，该畦两侧土城与相邻畦的两侧上壤共同形成畦埂，以利于分畦灌溉，使浇水均匀，节省用水。连接刮土板的前支杆和弹簧压杆的长度可调节，以改变刮土板前后人土深度，使畦面平整，埂形丰满。倒八字形平畦筑埂器所筑的畦埂位于播种机播幅中位，畦埂一次成形，畦面不易平整。 播种联合作业机具经济效益较高，但由于机组庞大，结构较复杂，技术要求较高，需较大功率拖拉机牵引，因此，其使用推广受到一定限制。随着大功率拖拉机的生产使用日益增多，新技术的应用，以及农业机械化的不断发展，将会需要更多的新型的播种联合作业机具，其联合作」匕项目将会更合理，机具结构应既能进行多项联合作业又能分段单项作业，以满足不同的使用要求。播种机联合作业机(integra，ed seeder andother working parts)以播种机为主体并适当配置其它作业部件或机具，一次同时完成多项作业(如耕整地、播种、施肥、喷药、镇压、筑畦埂等)的联合机具。可减少机组在田间作业次数，缩短农艺作业周期，减少机组对土坡的压实次数;还可以充分利用大、中型拖拉机的功率，减少劳动消耗，比单项分段作业，可降低作业成本40一50%。 播种机联合作业机按联合作业内容分，主要有耕播机、耕整地(如深松整地等)播种联合作业机、耕种联合作业机、平畦筑埂施肥联合作业机和抽城播种机等。
