Based on the work of my research team, M71/E51 AFLP primer combinations was chosen to amplify the DNA of four amphidiploid wheats (AABBDD) and their diploid (DD)/ tetraploid (AABB) parents.
在本组研究工作的基础上,选用M71/E51引物对粗山羊草(DD)、四倍体小麦(AABB)及其两者杂交合成的双二倍体小麦(AABBDD)12个材料进行AFLP分析,获得大小为519bp的DD染色体组多态性DNA片段。
