An analysis is made of the variation regularity of soil moisture storage by use of the soil moisture storage data of 0 to 50 cm measured at both spring wheat field and atmospheric observation site at Huzhu County from 1977 to 2002.
通过青海省互助县1997~2002年大气观测场和春小麦地测定的0~50 cm土壤贮水量变化规律的对比分析得出:同一气候背景下,地形地势相同的不同场地不同植被0~50 cm土壤贮水量变化特征基本一致。

Li Chuntian(1934.5.28～ )
Li ChU献泊n李.田(1934 .5 .28~)中国标准化专家。生于辽宁省清原满族自治县。1臾讲年中国人民大学研究生毕业。曾任辽宁省标准化研究所副所长、国家标准总局教育处副处长、中国标准化综合研究所所长、国家技术监份局政策法规司司长、国家技术监督局科学技术委员会主任。现为中国标准化协会副理事长。 他长期从事标准化基础理论的研究和管理工作。他提出标准化的方法原理、标准化形式概念和标准的系统原理，建立了中国标准化的理论框架，推动了中国标准化墓础理论的研究和发展;提出企业利用标准化的内容和方法，编著《现代企业与现代标准化》一书，在企业的科学管理工作中发挥了积极作用。 李春田主编的才标准化概论》一书，经国家教育部审定，自1982年至今，一直作为全国高等财经院校教材，推动了中国标准化教育，特别是高等教育的发展。根据他撰写的(工业工程及其应用》和《IE与标准化》，代表中国标准化协会与其他专家一起，在中国大中型企业里推广、应用工业工程取得了很大成绩，1性从玉年获得中国科学技术协会“金桥工程”优秀组织单位一等奖，并被中国机械工程学会认定为工业工程专家;承担了国家科学技术委员会下达的“科技工作引导性项目—综合标准化”课题;参与了《中华人民共和国产品质量法》的起草工作并担任起草小组组长;参与了《技术监督工作与事业发展“九五”计划和2砚XX)年远景目标纲要》的起草。(叶柏林)
