Based on the principle of gold immunochromatography assay (GICA) ,a stript for detection CAP(CAP-Strip)was developed with CAP mAb and its traits were tested.
以BSA-CAP-HS免疫Balb／C小鼠,用细胞融合技术筛选抗氯霉素单克隆抗体(CAP mAb)杂交瘤细胞,体内诱生腹水法制备cAP mAb,并鉴定其免疫学特性;依据胶体金免疫层析试验(GICA)原理,以CAP mAb 为金标抗体,研制CAP残留快速检测金标试纸(CAP-Strip),并对其性能进行测定。
