Objective To identify species of sarcosaphagous flies and their larvae and eggs by analysis based on each 635bp region of the gene for cytochrome oxidase subunitⅡ(COⅡ) encoding region of mtDNA.

cytochrome exidase
即细胞色素a、a3。因目前尚不能将两者分开，且它们的分子中含Gu。其是氧化呼吸链中，电子传递的最后一个酶，是以血红素A为辅基的血红素蛋白，存在于线粒体内膜。在整个呼吸链中只有细胞色素氧化酶可直接以氧分子为电子受体，故属氧化酶类。CO、CN、H2S等对该酶有抑制作用。
