| 水产动物油脂 marine animal oil 从鱼类、海兽及其加工废弃物中提取的水产品。主要包括鱼体油、鱼肝油和海兽油。是食品、医药和化学工业的重要原料。其化学成分主要是混合甘油三酸酯，此外还含有磷脂、甾醇、烃类、蜡、甘油醚、维生素和色素等成分。其中脂肪酸的种类约有50～60种，重要的有14种，大部分碳原子数为20～26偶数的直链饱和与不饱和脂肪酸，以不饱和脂肪酸的比重较大。其原料来源是水产动物的皮下脂肪层（在海兽中称皮下脂）、沿腹壁的脂肪层、肌肉中的组织脂肪和肝脏中的脂肪。①鱼体油。主要取自鲱、鯷、沙丁鱼等多脂鱼类，是鱼粉的联产品，通常采用湿榨工艺。原料经蒸煮压榨后，从其液体中分离出粗油再分离澄清成鱼油。②鱼肝油。主要取自鳕和鲨，一般用蒸煮法、淡碱消化法或溶剂萃制法制取。③海兽油。主要取自各种鲸类、海豚等。海兽的皮脂、骨和内脏的油脂一般都直接加热熔出，也可用蒸气或水加热制取。提取鲸油是把皮下脂切成块或搅成糊状，再加压或在真空中热熔。鲸蜡是将抹香鲸油冷却到0℃左右，使固体蜡析出后，再经压榨将蜡质从液体鲸油中分离出来。水产动物油主要用以制造油漆、油墨、润滑油和鞣制皮革化妆品、药物等原料。水产动物油脂在应用前需根据不同用途加以精炼，包括冷滤、碱炼、脱色、脱臭和氢化等。 |
