为此,以农机化人才供求关系为研究对象,分析了农机化人才供求矛盾的影响因素,并运用解释结构模型(ISM)对各要素之间的关系进行了探讨,找到了影响农业机械化人才供求矛盾的表层原因、中层原因和深层原因,并为政府提出均衡农机化人才供给与需求的定性的建议。
