In the Chinese language, the transcription of a borrowed word, called loan-morpheme in the present paper, is usually associated with two kinds of meanings: the original Chinese meaning which has already existed before the import of the very foreign word, and the new sense borrowed from another language.

The forming of monosyllabic loan-morpheme is plain and its application in the creation of contemporary neologisms is generally accepted.

The formation of foreign morpheme not only enriches Chinese morpheme system,but also has provided new angle for the study language and social change for us.

The Chinese foreign morpheme is the relatively independent smallest unite,which originates from other families language.
