城市建设用地指标
城市建设用地指标调控和衡量城市土地开发利用的规模、方向及其经济性与合理性的一系列参数与标准，是城市规划的重要技术经济指标之一，主要反映城市建设的用地规模、水平和结构特征。城市建设用地指标项目众多，大体上可以分为三类:①衡量城市建设用地总体规模和总体水平的指标.主要有总建设用地面积(通常以公顷或平方公里为单位)和人均建设用地面积(mZ/人)两项。②衡量城市单项建设用地规模和水平的指标，主要包括某类(如交通、居住、公共绿地、工业等)建设用地面积(公顷或平方公里)和相应的人均某类建设用地面积(m名/人)两项③衡量城市建设用地结构与特征的指标.通常以各类用地占总建设月地的百分比来表示。城市规划工作中需具备一个城市的两套城市建设用地指标，其一是反映城市既有的建设用地情况的现状指标，其二是规划方案中拟定的预期将达到的规划指标。中国建设部及相关部门制定颁布了中国各类城市的建设用地分类标准和用地指标规范。由于城市建设用地指标的选择与城市的性质、人口规模、现状、用地条件及自然地理区位密切相关，考虑到上述因素的多样性和区域差异性，在城市建设用地指标规范中，对城市总体建设用地的人均指标和单项用地的人均指标，都规定有变动幅度较大的上下限，以便于各城市依其具体情况合理选择。
