诊法。精子凝集试验之一。本试验可以观察凝集类型。操作方法:①血清样品在56℃下放置30分钟灭活,用Baker缓冲液稀释至1∶4。②用Baker缓冲液稀释新鲜高质量的精液至50×106精子/ml。③在一个小试管内,加入05ml血清样品和005ml精子悬浮液,在37℃下孵育,分别于1小时和2小时后从每个试管中取一滴混合液,放在玻片上,加盖片,在显微镜下观察。④计数每12个高倍视野中活动凝集精子数和活动自由精子数,两者之比≥10%为阳性,或计数100个活动自由精子所见到的凝集精子团数,如果凝集率≥8为阳性。
