This paper makes analysis of the features of present forestry cases and the causes of difficult law-enforcement and management in forestry departments, and puts forward some suggestions of reducing forestry cases and increasing the strength of law-enforcement.

This article analyzed the reasons that forestry administration cases occurred in Guizhou province and conducted primary discussions on further enhancing and improving forest resources protection and management,and forestry administrative enforcement of relevant laws.

We are also studying the use of this new doctrine view of illegality in crimes of forest reserves.
