The study on the tea-rice intercropping compound system in southern Auhui mountainous regions showed that leaf area index of this system was higher than that of the single culture tea garden, which was beneficial for the system to fully use light,soil and gas resources.

Taking inter-cropping rice that existed in history as an example,this paper discusses the definition and characteristics of the term of the science history,pointing out that as a term of science history,it need not only a clear definition,but also the origin and evolution of the concept.
