材料
羊蹄两只，羊髀400克，北芪15克，党参15克，圆肉一汤匙。
调料
姜一片，糯米酒两汤匙，精盐少许。
做法
①圆肉、北芪、党参洗净。
②羊蹄放入滚水中，高火8分钟，羊髀放入滚水中，高火3分钟，取起洗净。
③把适量清水高火6分钟至滚，放下全部材料及酒、姜片，中火50分钟，下盐调味即可。
