A total of 40 primers generated polymorphic loci were used in random amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD) analysis in seven goat breeds (or populations) including Wu goat, Small-Xiang goat, Nanjiang Brown goat, Black goat, Chuandong white goat, Boer goat, Matou goat.
用 40条多态引物对乌羊、小香羊、南江黄羊、黑山羊、川东白山羊、波尔山羊和马头山羊 7个品种 (或群体 )进行RAPD分析 ,其中 2 8条引物扩增出多态性谱带 ,并用于进一步对 12只乌羊个体和 12只小香羊个体基因组进行扩增。

梁晓声，男，1949年9月22日出生于哈尔滨市。 1966年初中毕业，时逢“文革”。1968年“上山下乡”赴黑龙江生产建设兵团，曾当过农工、小学教师、团报导员。1974年有幸被推荐上大学，入复旦中文系创作专业。1977年毕业后分配至北京电影制片厂文学部。1988年调中国儿童电影制片厂至今。 主要从事小说创作，兼写散文、杂文、影视剧本。多次获文学及影视创作奖项。代表作有《这是一片神奇的土地》、《父亲》、《今夜有暴风雪》、《一个红卫兵的自白》、《雪城》、《年轮》、《中国社会各阶层分析》、《表弟》等。
