材料
粉葛500克,八爪鱼50克,猪腿肉400克,蜜枣四只,果皮1/6个。
调料
精盐少许。
做法
①粉葛去皮洗净,切件。
②果皮浸软,刮去瓤洗净;蜜枣洗净。
③八爪鱼用清水浸30分钟,洗净。
④猪腿肉放入滚水中,高火3分钟,取起洗净。
⑤把适量清水高火6分钟至滚,放下粉葛、八爪鱼、猪腿肉、蜜枣、果皮,中火30分钟,下盐调味即可。
