Based on the deficit theory of drought evaluation, this paper points out it is the most important that drought evaluation for agriculture should correctly reflect the lose caused by the agricultural drought, and establishes the quantitative models of drought evaluation for agriculture that are static model and dynamic model respectively.
在指出目前各评估指标不足的基础上,提出了农业干旱评估指标最重要的是应正确反映干旱给农业造成的损失大小的思想,并以此建立了农业干旱评估指标的量化模型,即农业干旱评估指标的静态模型和动态模型,该指标不仅能定量计算而且能较准确的反映干旱给农业造成的损失。
