Two new norditerpenoid alkaloids, orthocentrine (1) and deacetylswinanine A (2), together with a known alkaloid, swinanine A (3), were isolated from the whole plants of Delphinium orthocentrum Franch.
1和 2为新化合物 ,分别命名为直距翠雀碱 (orthocentrine)和去乙酰翼北翠雀碱甲 (deacetyl swinanineA)。

【植物形态】
囊距翠雀花 多年生草本。茎高10～22厘米，疏被短柔毛或无毛。叶2～3枚生于茎中部以下，具长柄；叶片圆肾形至心形，长2.2～4.2厘米，宽4.5～8.5厘米，掌状浅裂，边缘有不规则齿裂，两而疏被短柔毛。伞房状花序具2～4朵花；小苞片生于花梗中部或上部，椭圆形；花大，左右对称；萼片5，蓝紫色，宽卵形，长2.2～3厘米，上面萼片的距比萼片短，囊状；花瓣2，有距；雄蕊多数；退化雄蕊2，黑褐色，具长爪，瓣片矩圆形，2裂，中央有黄色髯毛；心皮5。 生于高山草地或岩石附近。分布西藏。
【采集】
8～9月采收。
【性味】
性寒，味苦涩。
【功用主治】
凉血解毒，祛风止痒。治流感，皮肤痒疹，蛇咬伤。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1.5钱。
