| 巴克夏猪 Berkshire 瘦肉型猪品种。1770年前后英国引进中国猪、暹罗猪与当地猪杂交，1860年基本育成，为脂肪型品种。第二次世界大战后，改育为瘦肉型。猪体躯长而宽，鼻短而凹，耳直立或稍前倾，胸深臀宽，被毛黑色，并有“六白”（四肢下部、鼻端、尾帚为白色）特征。适应力强，生长快，早熟。繁殖力偏低，平均每胎产9仔左右。中国 19 世纪末引进，曾在辽宁、河北等省与当地母猪杂交，对培育新品种起过作用。
