蛇皮癣

以皮肤干燥、粗糙、鳞屑，状如蛇皮为特征的遗传性皮肤病。多自幼开始，无男女差异。相当于西医的鱼鳞病，治疗以养血祛风润燥为原则。
有关蛇皮癣的记载见于隋代《诸病源候论》，说皮肤如蛇皮而有鳞甲，叫蛇身。由血气不能润于皮肤所造成。
本病多由先天禀赋不足，后天脾胃失调，营血亏损，以致血虚生风，风胜则燥，皮肤失于濡养而成。遗传是一个重要因素。
蛇皮癣多在出生后不久或幼年开始发病，儿童期开始明显，轻者至青春期后可逐渐好转，但不会消失。皮肤粗糙伴有糠秕状的鳞屑，如蛇皮或鱼鳞，呈菱形或多角形，淡褐到深褐色不等，对称地发生在四肢伸侧，尤以肘、膝的伸侧面为重。夏季减轻，冬季加重。严重者皮肤肥厚、皲裂、疼痛，伴有掌跖角化过度，指(趾)甲粗糙、变脆，毛发稀疏、干燥。治宜养血祛风润燥，方用四物汤合桂枝汤加丹参、黄芪、枸杞、首乌、黑芝麻等。
外治：杏仁30克、猪油60克，捣烂如泥，涂搽皮肤，每日两次。
