Previous studies demonstrated that the detection of quorum sensing signals from Mesorhizobium huakuii CCBAU 21173 by KYC55 (pJZ372) (pJZ384) (pJZ410), which is a ultrasensitive AHL bioassay strain.
利用本实验室所构建的高效检测菌株KYC55(pJZ372)(pJZ384)(pJZ410)在中慢生华癸根瘤菌(Mesorhizobium huakuii CCBAU 21173)中检测到自体诱导物分子的存在,为了进一步确认该信号分子的特性和中慢生华癸根瘤菌的群体感应系统在与紫云英共生结瘤中的作用,本实验通过构建转座子文库的方法,成功地筛选到了两株不产生自体诱导物的突变株YJG2和YJG4。
