The effects of exogenous chemical compounds on the fertility of photoperiod (temperature)-sensitive genic male sterile rice(Indica) were investigated.
短日低温下 ,IAA、GA3 及其与CaCl2 联合使用对浙大 2 47S与培矮 64S花粉育性由强至弱依次有较大恢复作用 ,并能不同程度提高套袋小穗结实率 ,表明籼型光(温)核不育水稻秋季短日低温下繁种时 ,合理辅助施用外源化学物质 ,能达到提高繁殖系数的效果。
