This study made a cutting area survey design about 29 final-clear cutting areas of 5 state-owned mining infertility farms in Sanyuan district with five different methods.
本研究对三元辖区内五个国有采育场29块主伐—皆伐伐区,采用五种不同处理的调查设计工艺(方法)进行伐区调查设计,结果表明:Ⅰ处理调查精度高,但基准成本高,调查效率最低,Ⅳ处理调查精度较高,基准定额较低,调查效率最大,Ⅱ、Ⅲ处理则界于前两者之间,Ⅴ处理虽基准成本最低,调查效率较高,但因精度太低,故不宜采用。

文章分析了广东省国有林场伐区管理的现状和存在问题,提出了“伐区招标管理”这一新型模式,介绍了招标管理的工作程序,并进行了利弊分析,对提高我省国有林场的管理水平和木材经营效益,促进林业生产健康发展具有现实意义。
