澳大利亚国家图书馆建的全国联机书目网络。1981年正式运行，中心设在堪培拉。80年代中期共有正式成员108个，联系成员300个。它使用美国西部图书馆网络的软件，在国家图书馆设置130个终端，另有170个远程终端分布在澳大利亚各地。该网络的数据库包括美国国会图书馆、美国政府出版局、英国不列颠图书馆、加拿大国家图书馆、新西兰国家图书馆、澳大利亚国家图书馆等机构的机读目录。到1986年11月底，共有书目记录473万多条,该网络的原始记录37.7万条，馆藏代号记录513万条，规范文档记录66万条,并以每年50万条记录的速度增长。
