Results:Under light microscope,the intracellular gram negative bacillus(calymmatobacterium granulomatis) could be found in cytoplasm of macrophage.

肉芽肿荚膜杆菌
病原微生物名。亦称肉芽 肿鞘杆菌、肉芽肿杜诺凡(Donovan)菌。为腹股沟肉芽肿之致病菌。此菌是Donovan从本病患 者口腔损害中发现的细胞内小体，后被其他人证实为病原微生物，为革兰阴性杆菌，长1 .5～0.7μm，与大肠杆菌一样有很厚的多糖荚膜，与大肠杆菌中克雷白(Klebsiella) 有亲 缘关系。组织涂片可见细菌在大的组织细胞的空泡内，有时在多形核白细胞和浆细胞内的多 个灶中再繁殖，一直到含有20～30个微生物，成熟后细胞破裂则释放至组织中。
