Based on the literatures review,a relation model between success factors and success criteria about IS/IT projects is built,and then the data on IS/IT projects in China are collected and analyzed,and finally the performance of the Chinese IS/IT projects is evaluated.
根据现有的IS/IT项目成功因素和成功标准研究成果,提出了IS/IT项目成功因素和成功标准的关系模型,并在此基础上设计调查问卷,通过对问卷调查结果的统计分析,对中国IS/IT项目的实施绩效进行了评价。

Based on literature review on project critical success factors, this paper proposes a critical success factor model appropriate to IS/IT projects, which consists of three dimensions: factors related to stakeholders, factors related to project life cycle, factors related to supporting factors.
在对项目关键成功因素的有关研究进行评述的基础上,提出一个IS/IT项目关键成功因素模型, 该模型包含三个部分:与项目干系人有关的因素、与项目生命周期有关的因素和项目支持因素。

Based on the literature review, the theoretical model of critical success factors in IS/IT projects is established, and by analyzing the data from questionnaires through factor analysis, 14 critical success factors in Chinese IS/IT projects are summarized, the original theoretical model amended and some significant conclusions made.
首先回顾了关键成功因素的有关研究,在此基础上建立了针对IS/IT项目关键成功因素的理论模型,然后采用因子分析方法对问卷调查的数据进行了实证分析,总结出我国IS/IT项目的14个关键成功因素,并对理论模型进行了修正,得到了一系列有意义的结论。
