This article analyzes each grade of phonetic features in PSC test in Xinjiang Chinese dialect from the phonetic perspective to describe the each grade of phonetic features accurately.

The dissertation tried to analyze some corresponding relationships between Chinese dialects and Com-mon Spoken Chinese according to their phonetic features, to find out a more scientific and more convenient way to classify Chinese phonetics and to make its test accurate, quick and sure.
