b11drli shenghuo fUWl】zhongxin部队生活服务中心(military foodstuffservice center) 中国人民解放军为部队伙食单位提供主副食成品、半成品的生活保障机构。主要编制在团(旅)级部队，为连级单位，隶属本部队后勤处(部)，业务上受军需部门领导。通常设主任1人(军官)，工作人员若干人。一般分有主副食品加工班、采购供应班和财务、机械维修人员等。任务是指导部队伙食单位科学安排膳食，并对其所需的主副食品实施统一筹措、统一加工、统一供应、统一结算。军机关、师机关、仓库、基地、航空兵场站等，也建立生活服务中心。 部队生活服务中心的建立，是适应市场经济和军队现代化建设要求而出现的生活保障方式的一项改革。1979年10月，北京军区某团刨办了生活服务中心(亦称主副食加工间)。1981年3月，总后勤部向全军推广这个团创办生活服务中心的经验。1986年开始，全军建制团(旅)逐步建立生活服务中心。1989年3月，总后勤部印发《生活服务中心暂行管理办法》。1990年，生活服务中心被列入《军队基层建设纲要》。1991年7月，总参谋部、总后勤部规定，在栗邙生活服务中心 苗文宽摄驻地比较集中的建制团(旅)成立生活服务。卜心，并规定了职责。1993年12月，总参谋部将部队生活服务中心列入编制。1995年3月，总后勤部印发《中四人民解放军建制团(旅)生活服务中心管理办法》，规范了生活服务中心的职能，编制和人员管理，工作人员职责，机械1殳备管理，食品采购、加工与供应，财务管理和食品卫生管理等。】999年12月，总后勤部颁发《建制团(旅)生活服务中心规范化管理标准》，做出服务方向端正、服务项H齐全、规章制度落实、计划安排周密、供应价格合理、账目手续严格、监督机制健全、人员组织落实、设施设备配套、工作环境优美等10条规定。 部队生活服务中心的创立和发展，改变了沿袭已久的以连为单位分散保障慎式，改善了部队给养供应，方便了官兵生活，节省了人力、财力和精力，提高丫部队军需保障效益，促进了部队管理和基层后勤建设。 (赵国强)
